Our Officers are the backbone of the Lodge. The Master, Wardens, Treasurer and Secretary are elected by the brethren each year. The other officers are appointed by the Master-elect for the ensuing Masonic year. Each office comes with specific duties and responsibilities, ritual and otherwise.

Worshipful Master | Elected | The Master is responsible for the overall governance of the Lodge in all its aspects. The Master is ultimately responsible for every meeting, degree conferall, and event run by the Lodge. He must be well-versed in all ritual, knowledgeable about the Craft in general, and familiar with the inner workings of the Lodge. He must appoint officers as needed, ensure that the books of the Lodge are properly audited, review that the Minutes of all meetings are properly recorded, and ensure that no member of the Lodge is allowed to infringe on the By-Laws of the Lodge, the Constitution of the Fraternity, or the General Regulations of Freemasonry. He must prepare an annual budget, write articles for the Trestleboard, appoint investigating committees for applicants, is responsible for all Lodge committees, and act as one of the representatives of the Lodge at the Annual Communication of Grand Lodge. | Jacob Gershbock, P.M. |
Senior Warden | Elected | The Senior Warden is responsible for assisting the Worshipful Master in opening and closing the Lodge during its meetings. They are also required to be prepared to step in and fill the position of Worshipful Master in the Master's illness or inability to perform his duties. He must therefore be similarly qualified in ritual and knowledgeable about the Craft. He is expected over the course of the year to prepare for his term as Master. He is given a vote as one of the representatives of the Lodge at the Annual Communication of Grand Lodge. | Jeff Bear, P.M. |
Junior Warden | Elected | The Junior Warden is the third of the three principal officers in the Lodge. His duties include superintending the refreshments of the Lodge, including handling arrangements for Stated Meeting dinners, stocking drinks and snacks as determined by the Master and brethren, and for calling the brethren from Labor to Refreshment. He must be proficient in the ritual, as he is expected to move into the seat of the Senior Warden should the Master or the Senior Warden be ill. | Steve Resnick, P.M. |
Treasurer | Elected | The Treasurer is tasked with the money and accounts of the Lodge. He is responsible for keeping accurate accounts of all Lodge monies both received and paid out, and ensure that no money is misallocated, missing, or stolen. He presents the bills each month at the Stated Meeting, as well as an Annual and Semi-annual report on the Lodge's finances in February and August respectively. | Bernie Morse, P.M. |
Secretary | Elected | The Secretary's duties are largely administrative, as one might expect. He is tasked with taking and presenting the minutes of each meeting in appropriate fashion, and attaching to them all appropriate bills, receipts, communications, and any other relevant documentation. He is responsible for receiving dues monies from the brethren and ensuring that their records properly reflect the payment or nonpayment of their dues each year. He is responsible for sending all official Lodge communications to the brethren, and is the keeper of the Lodge's official Seal. In addition, he is required to see that all appropriate documentation is transmitted to Grand Lodge when required. A good secretary is absolutely central to the proper and smooth running of Lodge. Because of the truly immense amount of work this position entails, the Secretary is paid a monthly salary by the Lodge for their time and effort. | Kyle Ware |
Chaplain | Appointed | As no great or important undertaking should be undertaken without first invoking the blessings of the Divine, the Chaplain is charged with continually reminding the Master and brethren of the Supreme Architect to whom we all owe everything. He is tasked with offering the prayers of the Lodge at its opening and closing, as well as certain other ritual duties. | None Installed |
Assistant Secretary | Appointed | As the name suggests, the job of the Assistant Secretary is to assist the Secretary in the discharge of the critical duties of that important office. This position may be a paid one, but is not at present a paid position in our Lodge. | Michael Bear, P.M. |
Senior Deacon | Appointed | The Senior Deacon is the messenger of the Worshipful Master. He is responsible for a great deal of ritual, which is why his is the only appointed office that requires a proficiency to be passed before installation. Junior Deacon | Appointed | The Junior Deacon is the messenger of the Senior Warden. He is responsible for answering alarms at the door of the Lodge, seeing that the Lodge is duly tiled, and any duties required of him by the Senior Warden. | Luis Tananta |
Marshall | Appointed | The Marshall is largely a ceremonial position, given charge of processions of the Lodge when in public, such as at Parades or public functions. He is called on to escort Guests of Honor into or around the Lodge at the direction of the Worshipful Master, as well as a few ritual duties. | None Installed |
Senior Steward | Appointed | The Senior Steward is in charge of preparing candidates for the degrees and introducing them before they enter the Lodge. He is often also called on to assist the Junior Warden in regards to helping with refreshments, set up and clean up of events. | Varun Dadabhoy |

Organist | Appointed | Music can help elevate any occasion, including Stated and Degree meetings. The Organist plays the organ (or piano) that is generally found in the Lodge room. Today, some Lodges use recorded music rather than live music, in which case the Organist would be responsible for seeing that the music is played at the appropriate times. | None Installed |
Tiler | Appointed | The Tiler is the outer guard of the Lodge. His position is outside the Lodge room doors, and he is armed with a ceremonial sword to guard against cowans and eavesdroppers, as well as all those not entitled to gain admission into a Lodge of the degree being held within. Generally, the Tiler is also responsible for setting up the Lodge and putting away its accouterments after the Meetings. For this he is paid a small monthly stipend. | Roy Steinfeld, P.M. |
Officer's Coach | Appointed | The Officer's Coach is responsible for overseeing the ritual practices of the Lodge and working with the Inspector to ensure that all ritual is being properly exemplified and taught during practices. It is the job of the Officer's Coach to help prospective officers prepare for their proficiency exams as needed and correct any irregularities in ritual. | Bernie Morse, P.M. |
Inspector (626th Masonic District) | Appointed by Grand Master | This is actually a Grand Lodge office, appointed by the Grand Master. The Inspector serves as the Grand Master's personal representative in his assigned district, and is responsible for qualifying and overseeing the work of the Officer's Coaches as well as checking on the status of all administrative responsibilities of the various Lodge Officers, most especially the Master, Secretary, and Treasurer. | Jhairo Echavarria, P.M. |
