Our Lodge is now over 100 years old, and during that time, we have had some truly remarkable people join as brothers. Some names you might immediately recognize include people such as:
- Albert Canter – of Canter’s Deli
- Norman Crosby – the famous comedian
- Irving Kierman – one of the founders of Steven S. Wise Temple
- Albert (Al) Langer – founder of Langer’s Deli
- Paul Pink – founder of Pink’s Hotdogs
- Mel Nahin – Past Grand Master of Masons in California (1998-1999)
And many more! Preeminent men from every occupation have joined the ranks of Masons for centuries, and our Lodge has been blessed with more than it’s fair share of such individuals. - Not all of our stories are about momentous accomplishments of Brethren of the Lodge. Sometimes, it’s the little things we do, the connections we make and those we help others make, that truly reshape the world. Such is the case with our first story. - Sometimes, strange connections occur with the Lodge as a mid-point. Click here to learn how Ionic Composite Lodge and its members connect to the Jack Benny show.
